WHY AREN'T YOUR CARDS FOR SALE?
I have no rights to the majority of Artwork or IP's used in the creation process. I also fail to credit artists on the work itself, not to be a dick but I like a clean card, while I do try and credit on my website with the card details. As I do not own these artworks nor do I own rights to the card games I have no right to sell them. I do this as a hobby for myself and give out cards FREE at times to share my creations with the world. These Cards hold no actual value and are not for Sale or Resale. I have no plans to ever sell any of the works that I create and use this simply as an artistic escape.
IS THIS LEGAL?
It is as long as you don't make counterfeit or make a card that looks like it could be a real card. Customizing something you own or altering the art or appearance on a card is not a crime. Making the card look like something it is not and then trying to sell or trade it as such, now that is a crime and something I do not support.
WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS?
It is soothing, an artistic escape where i can dive into modifying an image to my liking and then put it in a deck that i play with. I love doing that.
This all started because I didn't want to play with some of my more expensive cards. It slowly evolved into a passion and a fun hobby of mine to continue to create unique themes and cards for the communities to enjoy.
